Job Description

The Sales & Operation Manager will oversee both commercial and operational activities in the local market. This role combines business development with day-to-day operational management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the client portfolio, ensuring smooth project execution, and maintaining client satisfaction, while contributing to the company's strategic

Responsibilities

  • Business Development
  • Define and implement the local commercial strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect clients across sectors.
  • Promote a company full range of services (software, consultancy, training, outsourcing, etc.).
  • Lead negotiations and close contracts with clients and partners.
  • Operations
  • Coordinate the execution of client projects with internal technical teams.
  • Monitor project timelines, quality, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage client relationships post-sale and address any issues that arise.
  • Supervise local administrative and logistical operations.
  • Team Management & Reporting
  • Supervise and support the local team (sales, admin, technical staff if applicable).
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales pipeline, KPIs, and operations.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis.

Requirements

  • Knowledge & Experience
  • Master’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or operations, preferably in IT or business services.
  • Solid understanding of software, consulting, or outsourcing services.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
  • Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with the local market and business environment is a strong asset.
