We are seeking a Tech Sales & Tender Specialist to join our team full-time in Dar es-Salaam. This role focuses on closing deals, securing tenders, and building long-term client relationships in the technology and services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise/tech sales, strong business development skills, and the ability to navigate complex procurement processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for technology products and services.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and deal closing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and tenders.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Manage and expand client relationships to achieve revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide input into pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in tech/enterprise sales and tender management.
  • Strong deal-closing skills and ability to negotiate at executive level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of government and corporate procurement processes.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess opportunities and risks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
