Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead regional inventory planning, forecasting, and stock optimisation.
  • Standardise and govern warehouse operations across multiple sites.
  • Ensure strong stock controls, compliance, and accurate reporting.
  • Drive reductions in inventory holding, waste, and emergency procurement.
  • Partner with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams.
  • Lead and develop warehouse and materials teams across the region.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong inventory management, demand planning, and stock optimisation capability
  • Proven ability to govern and standardise warehouse operations across multiple sites and countries
  • Solid understanding of stock controls, compliance, audit requirements, and risk management
  • High proficiency in ERP systems, WMS, and inventory reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions
  • Financial awareness with experience managing inventory value, costs, and working capital
  • Effective people leadership with the ability to lead, coach, and influence remote teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to drive change, implement standard processes, and improve operational performance
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and disciplined working style

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • 8–10 years’ experience in warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations
  • Proven experience in multi-site and/or multi-country environments
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Professional certifications (CPIM / APICS / CIPS) are advantageous
