Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Officer. Located in Malindi, the Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. Daily tasks include liaising with suppliers, conducting market research, analyzing procurement data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and the overall Purchasing process
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and supplier relationship management
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to analyze procurement data for optimal decision-making
• Comprehensive knowledge of Procurement practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
