Fiber Project Management Officer at Yas Tanzania

5+ years in telecom infrastructure or fiber deployment. Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Project Management.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for fiber deployment.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and dashboards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Axian Group standards and local regulations.
• Prepare executive summaries and strategic reports for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Support vendor management and contract execution.
• Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
