Fiber Survey and Pre Sales Specialist at Yas Tanzania

3 years of experience in fiber surveyor telecom pre-sales. Familiarity with fiber optics, FTTH/FTTx architecture, and last-mile connectivity. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.

Core Responsibilities:

• Site Survey & Feasibility Assessment: To conduct on-site surveys to assess technical feasibility for fiber connectivity and evaluate infrastructure requirements.
• Pre-Sales Technical Support: To work closely with teams to validate customer requests and provide accurate installation timelines and prepare technical proposal to customers.
• Documentation & Coordination: Maintain accurate records of site surveys, customer requirements, and project status.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as a technical point of contact during the pre-sales phase and educate customers on processes and services and ensure customer expectations are aligned.
