About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP, Python, Laravel, JavaScript, Ajax, and experience working with multiple databases including MySQL, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications with an emphasis on performance, usability, and exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web-based and backend applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using PHP (Laravel framework) and Python.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces following UI/UX design principles.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components using JavaScript and Ajax.
• Manage and optimize relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, and QA engineers) to deliver quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in Python, PHP and Laravel framework.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax.
• Experience with MySQL, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to translate designs into functional applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular).
• Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
