Fiber BI & Reporting Analyst at Yas Tanzania

3-5 years of experience in BI, reporting, or telecom analytics. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel. Experience with GIS tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards to monitor fiber network performance, customer acquisition, and revenue metrics.
• Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Integrate GIS data into BI tools to support geo-targeted marketing and network rollout strategies.
• Conduct geo-commercial analysis.
• Build predictive models for customer behavior, demand forecasting, and revenue projections.
• Support strategic planning through scenario analysis and market simulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional to align BI outputs with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for BI development and analytics.
