JOB PURPOSE:

The main objectives to be achieved by Universe Advanced Technologies Ltd

To learn the following job description: -

• Provide a professional service, ensuring a high level of support at all times
• Providing first-line support, liaising with the ICT at UAT at all times.
• Manage and secure data information, systems operation, database, and infrastructures
• Network management, software development, and Information Securities practices.
• Train consultants/staff on IT security awareness and proper use of hardware and software
• Assess the effectiveness of technology resources already in use or new systems being implemented. Additionally, to determine the practicality of changes and modifications.
• Work with external partners, including consultants, agencies, and vendors, to arrive at the most appropriate system or integration of multiple systems.
• ICT audit, advisory, consulting, and quality assurance
• Follow maintenance protocols to ensure the system and hardware are secure and ready for users.
• Design, operate, and deployment of servers, directories, wireless, backups, IT technology products, and personal devices.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and fix IT devices, systems, hardware, and software.
• Telecom, ICT Security contractors, ICT media, and web technologies
• Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair a wide range of ICT equipment and software.

Qualification and experience:

Holder of a Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information System, Computer Engineering or any related field from a recognized institution.
