Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Hosting Manager to join our team and take charge of overseeing all operational and growth aspects of our website hosting and domain registration business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web hosting technologies, a keen understanding of the domain registration industry, and a proven track record in managing and expanding hosting services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our web hosting and domain registration services.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of hosting servers and infrastructure.
• Monitor and resolve hosting-related technical issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans

2. Customer Support:

• Provide exceptional customer support to resolve hosting-related inquiries and issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

3. Growth Strategy:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand our hosting and domain registration business.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.

4. Technical Expertise:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest web hosting technologies and industry best practices.
• Evaluate and implement new hosting technologies to enhance service offerings.
• Ensure the security and compliance of hosting infrastructure.

5. Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of hosting and technical support professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in web hosting and domain registration management.
• Strong technical knowledge of hosting platforms, server administration, and DNS.

• Experience in team management and leadership.
• Familiarity with industry-standard hosting control panels (e.g., cPanel, Plesk).

• Certification in hosting or server administration (e.g., RHCE, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator).
