Job Description
GSM is looking for recent graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.5 to join our Graduate Trainee Program. This program is designed to develop young talents from various professions and academic backgrounds to apply, for future professionals through structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience in various departments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a recent graduate (Class of 2025) from university of UDSM
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- Graduates from various professions and academic backgrounds.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, or community activities.
