About me

I have spent the last 13 years leading large-scale programs that focus on community growth and, most importantly, keeping children safe. My work is about more than just hitting targets; it’s about building a culture of safeguarding where protection is woven into every project we start.

I have managed the full lifecycle of complex initiatives, from finding the right partners and doing the initial due diligence to overseeing long-term donor compliance. I am at my best when I am leading teams through the challenges of risk management and capacity building, ensuring that our development work in Tanzania is both high-impact and sustainable.

I bring this leadership experience through providing help to drive programs that empower communities while keeping child safeguarding at the heart of everything we do.
