  • AI Career Assistance: Providing AI-powered tools through JobChati, such as cover letter generation, CV assessments, and tailored career guidance.

6. Right to Modify or Remove Content

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to edit, modify, refuse to post, or remove any content that we determine:

  • Violates these Terms and Conditions.
  • Is objectionable, erroneous, illegal, or fraudulent.
  • May harm our business interests or the experience of our audience.

  • Private Mode: You maintain control over your data. By enabling Private Mode in your account settings, you can hide your profile from guests and candidate listings, and restrict our AI tools from processing your data. Doing so will disable features like the cover letter generator and CV assessment.
  • Data Security: While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

  • Third-Party Services: Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, and utilizes trusted third-party Large Language Models to operate our AI features. Zoom Tanzania is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external links. You acknowledge and agree that any use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.

11. Content Guidelines

  • User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.
  • AI-Generated Content: Any documents or advice generated through JobChati (e.g., cover letters) are provided as drafts and suggestions. You are entirely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness before submitting it to any employer.
  • Prohibited Content: Content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable is strictly prohibited.

12. Fees and Payments

  • Listing Fees: Certain services, such as employer job posting packages, require payment of fees. These structures are completely transparent and disclosed on our Pricing page prior to use.
  • Payment Terms: All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
  • Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to transactions conducted through the Platform.

13. Transactions Between Users

  • Role of Zoom Tanzania: We act solely as a facilitator providing a platform for connection. We are not a recruitment agency and are not a party to any employment agreements, interviews, or hiring decisions between employers and job seekers.
  • Disputes: Users are responsible for resolving any disputes arising from their interactions and employment processes.

14. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content are owned by us or our licensors.
  • User Content: You represent that you have the necessary rights to post content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
