Job Description
To strategically lead the origination, development, and retention of a robust portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise clients across the Northern Zone. This role demands a commercially astute and technically competent banker who can unlock revenue growth across multiple levers—asset generation, liability acquisition, and deepening of non-funded income. The incumbent must exhibit strong credit acumen, a consultative sales approach, and regional market fluency to grow share of wallet and contribute to the broader BCB strategy.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g. CFA, ACCA, CPA) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Relationship Management within the banking sector, with demonstrable performance in asset growth, client acquisition, and revenue delivery.
- Exposure to structured and syndicated lending, trade finance, and treasury solutions.
- Deep understanding of credit policy, financial analysis, sector risk dynamics, and deal structuring.
