We are looking for a responsible individual Project Coordinator to join our team for Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Zanzibar, and Morogoro to administrate and arrange all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. You will also be helped by a close-knit mentorship team.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and sustaining client relationships
• Coordinating project management operations, resources, equipment, and data
• Assign responsibilities to teams and have a thorough understanding of business product offerings and value propositions
• Keep track of the project development and deal with any concerns that occur
• Take part in team meetings
• Manage your business responsibilities
• Be Trained about our business.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Ensure that you follow company policies
• Working closely with team members to assist in the creation of training material and conduct training and mentoring.
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
