Position: Male Chef Trainee

Job Type: [Full-Time/Part-Time]

Location: Selous (Nyerere National Park

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Head Chef and other kitchen staff in daily tasks.
2. Learn and apply various cooking techniques and preparation methods.
3. Prepare ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
4. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
5. Participate in menu planning and the introduction of new dishes.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
7. Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
8. Provide input and feedback during team meetings.
9. Ensure the highest quality of food presentation.

Requirements:

1. Mandatory: Previous field training or practical experience in food preparation.
2. Passion for the culinary arts.
3. Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. A team player with good organizational skills.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
