We are seeking a talented and dedicated Support Analyst to join our team in Dar Es Salaam. As a Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability and stability of the Betika Tz platform. You will proactively monitor all applications within the platform to ensure services are running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include attending to reported platform issues promptly, as well as identifying potential issues that could disrupt the platform's proper functioning. You will work closely with the DevOps team to make necessary changes to the platform, ensuring a seamless change process
