Preschool Lead Teaher

Overview : As a preschool teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for young children. Your goal is to foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each a child in your care.

Curriculum Planning : 

• Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
• Create age-appropriate lesson plans that encompass various learning domains, including language, math, science, social studies, and arts.

Classroom Management :

• Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills.

Individualised Instructions :

• Recognize and address the unique learning styles and needs of each child in the classroom.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group instruction when necessary

Parent communication :

• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences.

Assessment & Evaluation :

• Use ongoing assessments to monitor and document the progress of each child.
• Prepare and maintain records of children's growth and development

Professional Development :

• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Healthy & safety :

• Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the classroom.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including administering first aid when necessary.
