Our client, a prominent company specializing in cement manufacturing in Tripoli, Libya, is actively seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join their exceptional team. 

THE JOB 

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing all electrical systems and equipment within the cement manufacturing plant. The Electrical Engineer will ensure that electrical infrastructure, machinery, and control systems operate efficiently, comply with industry standards, and adhere to safety protocols. 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. 

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery used in cement manufacturing processes. 
• Conduct feasibility studies, testing, and analysis of electrical systems and make appropriate recommendations for improvements. 
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that electrical engineering aspects are in line with project requirements. 
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and equipment. 
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize production downtime. 
• Analyze energy consumption data to identify areas for optimization and implement energy-saving initiatives. 
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

The job holder should have the following qualifications.  

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 

1. Minimum of 11 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the cement or heavy industry sector. 

1. Proven expertise in designing and troubleshooting electrical control systems. 

1. Proficiency in utilizing relevant software tools for electrical engineering design and analysis. 

1. Knowledge of international electrical safety standards and regulations.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING THE RIGHT PERSON 

We are offering the following for the successful candidate: 

1. A competitive gross salary of 1000 – 2500 USD Per Month. 

1. Overtime of 2.5 USD per hour. 

1. Food and local allowance of 300-400 LYD (Libyan dinar). 

1. Free accommodation and transport.
