Job Description: Educational Content Editor

Location: Arusha, Tanzania
Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Justdiggit is seeking a talented and experienced Content Editor with design expertise and a passion for agriculture to join our team. As an Educational Content Editor, your role will involve collaborating with the Digital Regreening Team to create engaging and visually appealing content for our mobile app.

ibilities:
- Selecting and curating visuals for courses, app screens, and social media posts
- Ensuring the optimal placement of visuals in relation to the copy
- Creating briefings for video creators, photographers, and 3D model designers for the production of videos, illustrations, and animations
- Uploading content to the Learning Management System
- Coordinating discussions and decisions regarding word choices

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in content creation, particularly in educational materials
- Proven practical experience in agriculture or environmental background
- Proficiency in Adobe CC tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro
- Basic knowledge and experience with WordPress and design tool Figma preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to find visuals that are engaging and contribute to the overall content
- Proficiency in video editing skills preferred
- Fluency in both English and Kiswahili
- Strong organizational and project management skills
