Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the Beyond St Jude’s Scholarship Program, focusing on supporting tertiary scholars studying in various universities and colleges in Tanzania.
  • Act as a point of contact for scholars, ensuring they meet their contractual obligations and receive necessary support.
  • Update and maintain accurate records, including contracts and educational documents.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship to scholars, including regular reviews and support throughout their academic journey.
  • Work with various teams to ensure the successful implementation and growth of the program, including attending relevant workshops and liaising with educational institutions.

What we are looking For

Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in education, social sciences, administration, or a related field.

Experience: Experience in educational administration, mentoring, or program/project management.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Ethic: A dedicated and proactive approach with a commitment to making a positive impact.

Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build effective relationships with students and colleagues.
