I am looking for job position which will offers me the opportunity to develop new skills
while strengthening those I already possess.
Bachelor Degree in Labour Relations and Public Management acquired has enabled me
to develop generally, checking the application of labour law/ standards and the ability to
work under pressure. I am able to work well both on my own initiative and as part of a
team.

1.Co-mediated Multi Door Dispute Resolution small claims disputes. 2.Reported the outcome of mediation sessions to my supervisor. 3.Facilitated dispute resolution process between Staffs 4.Conducted mediations between disputing parties through direction, encouragement, influence, negotiations, collaboration and creative problem solving. 5.Provide training to new mediators and student mediators concerning the mediation process.
