Abraham is an experienced project and program management personnel with over 10 years of experience in Non Government Organizations environment. He has been managing a range of projects/programs from Education, Livelihoods, Health & Water to Child Sponsorship. Abraham, who has a passion for children and youth, is a hard worker who is willing to learn from people surrounding him and eager to share knowledge and skills which will eventually shape and improve communities in the developing world.

Program Coordinator
Feed the Children Tanzania 2015-08-24 - 2024-06-30 Program Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating the Child Sponsorship program activities in Tanzania. As a coordinator, I am responsible for the following: • Creating awareness about the Child Sponsorship program in our communities. • Upholding Child Protection within the organization and the communities we work with. • Effective Community mobilization for Children recruitment. • Create and regularly update a database for beneficiaries with pertinent details and documents. • Facilitating Care Group Model implementation through Community Health Workers (CHWs) addressing health, nutrition and environment issues. • Overseeing the School Meals Program in the targeted schools in the program area. • Preparing Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports. • Planning, budgeting and monitoring program activities • Overseeing and accurately monitoring all children enrolled in the program. • Responding effectively to sponsor queries whenever they arise. • Effective, timely, and accurate facilitate child replies to sponsor-specific letters. • Keeping a diary for the project and ensuring the timely honoring of commitments. • Conducting stakeholders meeting to receive inputs before reviewing program performance.
