I have a diploma in Information Technology, and I’ve done hands-on training in IT. During my studies, I learned how to look after computer systems and set up networks. I practised how to fix computer problems and keep them working well. I know how to use programs like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. I also learned how to find and fix computer issues. I can set up computer parts, software, and printers and scanners.
