Tunduma Water Supply and Sanitation Authority 2023-04-20 - 2023-09-23 I have been working as an ICT officer at Tunduma Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (TDMWSSA). responisbilities were; • Provide technical assistance and support to staffs’ member regarding hardware, software and network related issues. • Collaborating with application developers and stakeholders to ensure that the database design aligns with business needs. • Providing a query language (like SQL - Structured Query Language) for users to retrieve data from the database based on specified criteria. • Monitoring and resolving data integrity issues, such as duplicate records or inconsistencies in database. • Implementing and managing security measures to protect sensitive data stored in database. • Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and network equipments. • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network. • Analyzing and optimizing database queries for improved performance. • Implementing ICT security measures, data protection policies. • Provide guidance and training on the effective use of ICT equipments and systems. • Resolving, diagnosing and solving network problems and relevant software’s fault. • Managing and troubleshooting the local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity. • Assist in data backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability
