Mr. Edward D. Rwegoshora is the current Chairman of the NGO called Societies Transformation And Welfare Improvements – STAWI). The organization works on programs that empower farming communities economically. STAWI is located at the Usa River within the Arusha region, Tanzania.

Working to execute his role as the chairman for the Non-Governmental Organization – “Societies Transformation And Welfare Improvement – (STAWI), Edward has a solid reputation for achieving cooperate growth for business enterprises to different heights and levels. This expertise and experience in providing strategic and missioned business direction for companies focusing on business development has enabled business entities to streamline diverse operations/programs into valued strategic focus, positive readership, governance, and improving organizational efficiencies for sustainable growth while reducing costs. The organization’s current status – STAWI- is the reflection of Edward’s proven experienced operations in livelihood development as a result of working in partnership with local and international organization that focuses on economically empowering communities. STAWI has a green track record in leading/executing several complex programs through partnership programs run by development stakeholders from within and outside Tanzania.

A Man has extensive experience in identifying the need for organizational development specifically in farmers Members’ Bases Organizations (MBOs) as well as stands as a role model for proclaiming an organization’s development made from visionary sighting from organizations’ mission, vision, and values. Societies Transformation And Welfare Improvement 2016-06-01 - 2024-09-06 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. i. Embrace the values and ethos of the organization by defining the direction of the organization as well as building and maintaining an effective executive team. ii. Be accountable to the Board for all organization operations and provide strategic advice to the Board iii. Foster an open dialogue between the Board and the stakeholders as well as monitor the action of the functional performances of the Organization. iv. Develop strategic operating plans that reflect the long-term objectives and priorities established by the board. v. Develop strategic organizational plans to implement the organization's policies, and operational plans as well as manage control systems vi. Build, maintain, and motivate effective leadership to oversee the KPIs of the organization and ensure all are well understood and owned by the management and staff vii. Direct and control the work and resources of the organization and ensure staff retention programs viii. Develop and coordinate corporate plans including financial issues and annual organization plans and monitor progress against plans to ensure the organization attains its objective as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible ix. Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major stakeholders/customers as well as represent the organization to major customer and professional associations. x. Prepare, implement, monitor, and manage the annual organization budget and ensure that budget targets are met. xi. Develop, implement, and maintain effective marketing, quality management, and public relations strategies to promote the organization's awareness and image. xii. Marketing and Business Development Manager
MS Training Centre For Development Cooperation 2013-02-01 - 2016-05-31 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES i. The manager is the head of department Marketing Manager Department ii. Overall responsible for the department budget: the follow-up budget and for making cost-efficiency calculations every month. iii. Prepare annual work plans for the department iv. Prepare and hold staff talks with staff within the department v. Maintain staff discipline in the department vi. Approve leave plans for the department staff vii. Develop staff training plans viii.
