Working together with auctioneers and ensure all engagements are followed up and reports are provided on monthly basis. Responding to queries and resolving of tickets from NMB cure system escalated to NPL team relating to from branches and other departments. Consistently contacting and monitoring of customers who are NPL status to ensure their timely payment of their overdue amount. Restructuring of loans and preparation of settlement deed. Reviewing of accounts at risk in retail portfolio and ensure regular follow up on customers to pay arrears. Regularly reviewing of non-performing loans portfolio and initiate plans and strategies for recovering those loans. Assist and guide branches and external debt collectors on recovery procedures to protect the company from legal suits. Compiling and preparing of monthly recovery report from external debt collectors and submit to line manager. Making recommendations Recovery Line Manager on Non-Performing Loans and suggests recovery measures to be taken for recovering those loans. Present Non-Performing loans recovery cases to line manager and authorized departments.
