About me

Introduction

I am a Tanzanian National that has completed pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Cybersecurity from Asia Pacific University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (waiting for graduation). I am keen to apply my academic knowledge and professional experience to contribute to your organization. My interests are essentially tinkering with systems either for security reasons or finding out how they work. My future goal is to be a useful cybersecurity tool for my country.

Professional Experience

My professional background is diverse, ranging from software development and cybersecurity roles to marketing and management positions. Most recently, I served as a Cyber Security Intern at UBX Tanzania LTD, where I gained hands-on experience in SIEM platform analysis, web application penetration testing, and DevSecOps involvement. I have also interned as a Programmer at WS Technology Consulting, where I honed my skills in technical documentation, program debugging, and software development using languages like C# and Python.

I hold several certifications that validate my expertise, such as:

CompTIA: CompTIA Security+

Cisco: CCNAv7 (Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials, Introduction to Networks)

Asia Pacific University: Certified Cybersecurity Engineer

Projects

I am currently working on a Web Penetration Testing Guide, a comprehensive application that offers step-by-step tutorials, ChatGPT assistance bot for VAPT, and a note-taking feature. The project aims to be a one-stop solution for individuals interested in web penetration tests. With future additions such as forums and quizzes.  It is currently for personal use to remember some concepts (information will be updated and edited as I learn).
