Africa Healthcare Network (AHN) is the largest provider of dialysis services in East Africa, operating over 45 clinics across Kenya, Tanzania, and Rwanda. Founded in 2015, AHN aims to address the critical shortage of affordable, high-quality renal care in Sub-Saharan Africa, where conditions like Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) are on the rise due to factors such as urbanization, lifestyle diseases, and infections like HIV.
