Overview
CEELS (Community Economic Empowerment and Legal Support) is a Tanzanian non-profit, non-governmental organization founded in 2010 that works to improve the welfare of communities particularly in the Rukwa and Katavi regions. Based in Sumbawanga, CEELS focuses on a range of issues including HIV/AIDS prevention and care, support for orphans and vulnerable children, nutrition, environmental conservation, youth, education, advocacy, and legal support.
