The College of African Wildlife Management (CAWM), also known simply as Mweka College, is a government‑established institution near Mweka village on the southern slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, about 14 km north of Moshi in Tanzania. Founded in 1963 by Bruce Kinloch with initial funding from the African Wildlife Leadership Foundation (now African Wildlife Foundation), USAID, and the Frankfurt Zoological Society, its mission was to train African wildlife managers following Tanganyika independence.
