Daarul-Arqam Secondary School is a privately-owned (Binafsi) Islamic educational institution located in the Somangila ward of Kigamboni Municipal Council in Dar es Salaam region. The name ‘Daarul-Arqam’ refers to the house of Al-Arqam, a companion of Prophet Muhammad where early Muslims secretly gathered to learn Islam, symbolizing the importance of Islamic education.
