The Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF) is a leading independent policy research think tank in Tanzania, established in 1993/1994 to foster evidence-based policy-making. Based in Dar es Salaam, it provides research and capacity-building services to the government, private sector, and development partners to enhance economic management.
