The Girls First Initiative (GFI) is a youth-led, women-driven Tanzanian NGO focused on empowering adolescent girls and young women to break cycles of poverty, gender-based violence, and inequality through education, economic empowerment (like scholarships and business training), mentorship, health programs, and creating a supportive community ecosystem, tackling root causes of limited potential.
