Kent PLC is a privately owned international integrated energy services company that designs, builds, commissions, and maintains assets across the global energy sector. Headquartered in Dubai, UAE, the company operates across the entire energy value chain, including conventional oil and gas, renewables, hydrogen, carbon capture, and low-carbon solutions.
The organization provides end-to-end technical expertise ranging from initial advisory consulting and detailed engineering design to procurement, construction management, asset performance optimization, and final decommissioning. Originally tracing its heritage back to a small electrical and instrumentation business founded in Ireland in 1919, the modern iteration of Kent was formed through the merger of Kentech and SNC-Lavalin’s oil and gas business, and it is now backed by the Middle Eastern contracting firm Nesma & Partners.
