Overview
Korogwe Town Council, officially Wilaya ya Korogwe Mjini, is one of eleven local government authorities in Tanzania Tanga Region. Carved out in 2005 from the older Town Authority, it now administers an area of about 212 km² centered around the town of Korogwe, with Mkata serving as its administrative capital.
