Key Projects in Zanzibar
Canopy by Hilton Zanzibar – The Burj
Valor Hospitality is overseeing the development and future management of Zanzibar’s first Canopy by Hilton hotel, located in Fumba Town. This landmark project involves constructing the world’s tallest hybrid timber tower, standing at 95 meters with 28 stories and 162 guest rooms. The hotel is part of a broader smart city initiative in Fumba Town, which includes residential units, retail spaces, and other amenities. Construction is scheduled to commence at the end of 2024, with the opening planned for the end of 2027.
The Soul Paje Branded Residences
Located on Zanzibar’s east coast, The Soul Paje is a 264-apartment development featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Valor Hospitality has partnered with developers to provide comprehensive hospitality and property management services, including rentals, facilities management, and guest services. The development is nearing completion, with most units already sold.
Fumba Town Collaboration
In partnership with CPS Africa, Valor Hospitality is contributing to the development of Fumba Town, a mixed-use urban project approximately 30 km from Stone Town. The town plans to include over 5,000 residential units, retail outlets, sports facilities, and other lifestyle amenities over a ten-year development period. Valor’s role encompasses managing rentals, facilities, and property management services within the town.
Through these projects, Valor Hospitality is playing a significant role in shaping the hospitality and real estate landscape in Zanzibar, aligning with the region’s growth and development objectives.
