JOB PURPOSE

The role of the officer will be data input / data enhancement for new accounts, customer static data amendment, updating the signing powers for these relationships, as well as other account maintenance roles allocated by line manager from time to time.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Opening - 30%

• Confirming all requisite documents are provided for account opening.
• Ensuring account opening processes are observed.
• Ensure information is captured accurately and as per account opening and KYC documents.
• Ensure accounts are correctly opened per the customer’s requirements within the TAT.
• Ensure account opening documents have all the required KYC documents.
• Document retrievals / filling of documents.
• Preparing of Fixed Deposit & Call Deposits.

Account Mandates - 20%

• Ensure that photos, signatures and signing powers are captured correctly.
• Ensure that any mandate amendments are captured as per customers’ request.
• Responding to mandates related queries.

Static Data Amendments - 20%

• Ensure all static data changes are updated correctly in the system.
• Ensure all instructions received are updated in the system within defined TAT.
• Ensure clean-up for all customer data in the system.

Tools Ordering - 10%

• Generating daily report from NLS portal.

Revenue Collection - 10%

• Make sure uplift FDR interest are credited to P&L account.
• Ensure all the accounts are opened correctly to collect their charges.
• Make sure STO are booked as per the tariffs.
