Role Description

This full-time, on-site Debtors Management Accountant role is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The successful candidate will manage debtor accounts, monitor accounts receivable, ensure compliance with financial policies, and prepare financial reports. Responsibilities also include analyzing financial data, ensuring timely payments, and assisting in accrual and financial reporting processes to support financial stability and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Accruals
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles
• Familiarity with financial software and accounting tools(TALLY ERP9)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in debtors management or similar accounting roles
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently
