Job Description

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring, developing, and retaining key enterprise customers for our data center and digital infrastructure services.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and overseeing a seamless customer journey from onboarding through implementation and ongoing operations across the full customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for data center services (colocation, cloud, connectivity, managed services).
  • Maintain accurate reporting of sales performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Ensure all new customers are onboarded according to company policies and contractual obligations.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans to drive new and repeat business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, presenting the company as a trusted, high-quality service provider.
  • Achieve retention targets and ensure timely renewal of all customer contracts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating communication internally to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services based on customer needs.
  • Support credit control to ensure customers adhere to payment terms and credit policy requirements.
  • Identify and escalate credit risks promptly to management.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or enterprise sales, preferably within the data center, telecom, ICT, or cloud services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong B2B solution-selling skills and technical understanding of digital infrastructure services.
