Internal Auditor II (1 Post)
Direct Entry Qualifications
Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Auditing, Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration majoring in Accountancy or Finance, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Applicants must possess CPA (T), ACCA, or any other professional qualification recognized by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyse preliminary internal audit reports and recommendations.
- Supervise the preparation of the annual internal audit plan.
- Monitor and evaluate internal control systems, risk management, and corporate governance processes.
- Conduct audits of development projects.
- Coordinate normal, special, technical audits, and investigations.
- Prepare internal audit reports.
- Review management responses and verify implementation of recommendations.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow-up actions.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Senior Internal Auditor I (1 Post)
Direct Entry Qualifications
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in one of the following fields: Auditing, Accounts, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration majoring in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution with a Certificate Public Accountant Qualification CPA (T) or ACCA or any other equivalent professional qualifications recognized by NBAA with at least ten (10) years’ of working experience in similar or related position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To carry out special audit investigations.
- To ascertain the authenticity of the internal financial statements.
- To advise on how to improve performance of the company.
- To conduct value for money audit for institutional assets and developmental projects.
- To advice on audit guidance and recommend on proper internal control systems.
- To carry out any other related duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
Salary Scale: UDARTSS 16
Senior Risk Officer II (1 Post)
Direct Entry Qualifications
Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution, with at least seven (7) years’ of relevant working experience in risk management, internal control, compliance, or a related field. Possession of professional qualifications in Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Governance will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, strategic, compliance, and safety risks across the Company’s operations.
- Develop and maintain the Company’s Risk Register and monitor the implementation of risk mitigation measures.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments of bus operations, depots, terminals, ticketing systems, revenue collection, fleet management, and supporting functions.
- Monitor compliance with the Company’s risk management framework, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare risk reports and present findings and recommendations to Management.
- Promote risk awareness and support the implementation of business continuity and emergency response plans.
- Coordinate risk management activities with internal and external stakeholders and monitor the implementation of agreed corrective actions.
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Salary Scale: UDARTSS 14
