Job Summary

Alkanet L Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to take full ownership of our financial operations. You will manage the entire accounting lifecycle, from day-to-day invoicing for ICT equipment and maintenance contracts to payroll processing and strategic financial reporting. As the sole financial lead, you will ensure compliance, accuracy, and profitability for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage all daily financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• ICT Operations Billing: Oversee complex invoicing for hardware supply sales and recurring IT maintenance service contracts.
• Payroll Management: Process end-to-end payroll for all staff, including commissions for sales teams and hourly tracking for maintenance technicians.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to management.
• Cash Flow Control: Monitor cash flow, manage bank reconciliations, and optimize working capital.
  Tax & Compliance: Handle all corporate tax filings, VAT tracking, statutory deductions, and audit preparations.
• Budgeting: Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts to support company growth.
• Follow up on all tender bonds (bank guarantees / performance insurance).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with proven experience handling payroll and end-to-end financial operations.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in modern accounting platforms (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) , payroll software also Advanced Expert Excel skills.
• Attributes: Strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and absolute data confidentiality.
