Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager based on-site in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is a full-time role that involves managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, developing strategic business plans, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role also includes analyzing data to inform decision-making, collaborating with customers to address their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service to foster long-lasting partnerships.

• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience working in financial or related sectors preferred
• Ability to thrive in an on-site role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable
