Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager based on-site in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is a full-time role that involves managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, developing strategic business plans, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role also includes analyzing data to inform decision-making, collaborating with customers to address their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service to foster long-lasting partnerships.

  • Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills to drive strategic initiatives
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships
