Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Outside & Employee Relations Management

  • Appropriate management of employee relations
  • Maintain cordial relations with Immigration, TIC, Police OCD, etc.

Visa apply

  • Ensure timely renew ending visa and apply work permit. Expand relationship with TIC/Immigration/Labor dept.

Security management

  • Cooperate with external security companies and police to ensure that no major safety accidents occur on site and to ensure the personal safety of on-site employees.
  • Maintain the relationship with the police station, randomly check the work status of the security company and the police, and report on relevant work regularly.

Team management

  • Assist in following up on the progress of some short-term matters, including government department audit responses, training of new recruits, preparations for major ceremonies, large emergency purchases, etc.
  • Assist in checking daily matters, such as whether security personnel attendance, purchase details records, supplier information update forms, etc. are updated normally.
  • Manage all current and historical corporate documents to ensure that vehicles and company licenses are within validity period.

Administrative consulting

  • Provide advice to managers on outreach relations issues
  • Manage the introduction of new employees and conduct exit interviews when employees leave
  • Organize events and employee activities and become a key figure in external marketing and communications
  • Manage and develop the administrative team to ensure they provide professional and high-quality support services to the enterprise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
