Job Description
SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND DETAILED ORIENTED BOND WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR TO JOIN OUR COMPANY.
Qualification must have bachelors degrees in Finance,Accounting,Business Administration or a related field in Bond Warehouse.
Job description:
- Oversees the daily operations of the bond warehouse, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Pack the dispatch documents and invoices and send them to the customer via email cc to project manager and finance department
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels and financial performance
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, transactions and Financial data.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required
- Collaborate with finance and operations team to streamline process and improve efficiency
