Business Unit Head at Aqua Cool Ltd

We're Hiring: Business Unit Head Aqua Cool Ltd | Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on business leader to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and performance of our KisCafé (commercial coffee solutions) and Aquatec (water purification solutions) divisions.

This is a role for an operator and executor someone who takes ownership, leads teams and delivers results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily business operations and coordinate execution across departments.
• Manage a team of service technicians, ensuring timely maintenance, breakdown resolution and service quality.
• Monitor operating costs, profitability, recurring revenue and equipment utilization.
• Drive staff accountability, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Sales and Finance to achieve business targets.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of relevant operational/management experience.
• Experience in directly managing a team of at least 5 people.
• Proven responsibility for operating budgets and cost control.
• Strong leadership, execution and problem-solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Swahili.
• Based in or willing to work in Dar es Salaam.

Experience in technical services, equipment leasing or general business management is an advantage. Proven achievements matter more than formal qualifications.
