Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Facilities Administrator to manage and oversee facilities operations across a portfolio of multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, and track all facility-related jobs and requests.
  • Schedule, assign, and monitor tasks for internal technical crew.
  • Coordinate with external technicians and service providers.
  • Plan and implement preventive, monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance schedules.
  • Manage inventory and stock of spare parts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Keep accurate records of jobs, costs, and vendor performance.
  • Ensure facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities, property, or operations management.
  • Strong organizational and job scheduling skills.
  • Knowledge of maintenance systems and preventive upkeep.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving, communication, and record-keeping skills.
