Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist be responsible for providing excellent customer service to
guests, welcoming guests, managing reservations, assisting with check-ins and check-outs,
answering phone calls, and providing information about hotel facilities and services.
Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
Minimum of three (3+) years’ experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
Fluent in English and Swahili
Experience in other departments like F&B, housekeeping, laundry
Knowledge of local attractions and services in Dar es Salaam
