POSITION : HR MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hiring and recruitment
- Creating job description and design
- Planning and schedules

- Ensuring employee health and safety

- Preparing staff payroll
REQUIREMENTS:
- must have work experience of not less than 3 years
- must know how to prepare payroll full
- Education level is degree in HR
- Must have administration skills (added value)
- Well knowledge of Tanzania labor law ( both mainland and zanzibar)
- Very good in excel
