Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing communications between parents, students, and tutors, and ensuring smooth operations for our online classes. This role also includes handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and confirm class schedules with parents and students.
• Communicate with tutors to assign classes and manage availability.
• Schedule and create online meetings using Microsoft Teams.
• Add new students to existing classes and ensure all parties are informed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage and update social media accounts to engage with our community and promote our services.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, communications, and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
